At Buddhist Necklace, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Please email us at support@buddhistnecklace.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in its original condition, including any original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please retain your shipping receipt.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Important Considerations:
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom products, special orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
